tsilivi is a wonderful place, lovely people,scenery, and beach. Dinner at KOUKOS cannot be bettered thank you Ava and Dennis also Nicky and Romeo. Try greek night lots of fun and dancing. Cant wait to go back in October for our third visit this year. ... more

Excellent holiday with amenities that covered all our needs. Being disabled and with restricted mobility we found hotel excellent being clean, with spacious rooms with very helpful and friendly staff (they even have sun loungers with arms so its easier to sit and rise on them). We went to tsilivi in august 09.we stayed at the mavricos hotel.it was very basic but in agreat place to exploe all the town of tsilivi.Magdalens was fantasic for breakfast.Popeyes marios athena were all good and staff were great.The beach is long and shallow great warm waters..we loved it so much in tsilivi we are going back next year.Stayin ... more

Tsilivi has something for everyone. Great bars and fantastic places to eat. Georgios gives excellent value for money and the food is great. You must try the Red Apple bar, Planos end of Tsilivi, Spiros makes you welcome and has a great selection of cocktails. ... more

My wife and I have stayed at the Anetis hotel, in Tsilivi several times. This family run hotel is situated directly on the beach. The staff just can't do enough for you and the rooms are beautiful and clean, each with a superb sea view. Best part of the Country, it's beautiful and it has everything you need, from good food, drink, entertainment, the people and of course the beach. Tsilivi is a great choice for families of all ages. Very friendly people and huge choice of places to eat and drink. Roads leading into the town are very narrow and overrun with tourists on mopeds. Very nice place! Good beach, with wooden walkpath! and save for children. The mango beach bar is well worth paying a visit!! Nice shops and restaurants, check out the old village taverna!! We went with jackie from nefeli travel. NOT TO BE MISSED!! The most relaxing bus trip we have ever been on! Just 16 people in a mini bus going of the beat ... more

I totally agree.I got back from Zakynthos yesterday.I too was ashamed to be British. I learned as much Greek as I could manage before going and was thanked for my efforts by the locals.However, the British (Bratish?) I encountered were for the most part loud and manner-impaired, speaking English and indeed very rude to the locals. ... more

Tsilivi was a very good holiday. Lots of bars and places to eat. Best bar for me was the red point bar. Take the bendy road past Popeye's and after the first bend its on the opposite side to Popeye's. Best restaurant was Majestic. Very good food and service. ... more
