It’s a private, peaceful and romantic villa complex of traditionally designed Zakyntian stone houses, overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing holidays and with various opportunities in terms of privacy, leisure and pleasure.
Our villas are on a private plot of land of over 40.000sqm with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the North Western part of the Island (Alikes, Alikanas) and Kefalonia Island.

We are located on the northern side of Zakynthos; the most beautiful and tranquil area of the island. We are 30 km from the main town and the airport and 2,5 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos , which is connecting Zakynthos with Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat), there you can find plenty of choices of local taverns, cafes and you can do shopping.
