Villa Gerakopetra is situated in the village of Vasilikos, set in the heart of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, in the idyllic area called Doretes, 12 kilometres from Zakynthos town.
Against a lush green landscape and with views to the sea, the villa is situated in a field of 8,000 m².A real den surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and many kinds of local trees and flowers.

ACCOMMODATION
The Villa Gerakomylos has three rooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and living room can accommodate up to 6 people.
Gerakopetra Villa is spacious and has 4 bedrooms, 2 lounges, kitchen and two bathrooms with bath and can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa is 320 m² with a 60 m² verandah on the ground floor. Inside there are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a big bathroom with corner tub in the colours of sea.

Also a open plan space of 100 m² which is composed of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The sitting room can accommodate eight people and is decorated with a fireplace made of stones brought from the sea. The sitting room also has a piano.
In the attic you will find a 40 m² bedroom and one more sitting room.

A wooden door leads to the upstairs verandah, which has panoramic views over the sea.
The furniture inside the villa is all handmade and the building is made only of wood and stone.
The famous stone "gerakopetra" is what gives the villa the style of an old traditional stone house. These stones are what makes Gerakopetra & Gerakomylos Villas unique on the island of Zakynthos.
