The villas Sofia and Contessina consist of three levels each measuring 110sq metres, capable of accommodating between 4 to 8 people.
The entrance leads directly to the first floor and a spacious lounge-dining room with open fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. In the same area there is an impressive bath with hydro-massage. The veranda provides moments of relaxation and magical views with its wooden table and built in sofas.
The interior wooden staircase leads us to the first floor and a beautiful romantic bedroom with double bed, en-suite shower and WC. From the veranda the view is unique. The wooden staircase also leads to the ground floor of the building, which has one bedroom with double bed, bathroom and spacious lounge with two sofa beds. The ground floor leads to the garden measuring approximately 80sq meters, private swimming pool, wooden pergola and sunbeds for special moments of relaxation.

VILLA JOGIA & VILLA IRIA

The villas Jogia and Iria consist of three levels each measuring approximately 80sq metres capable of accommodating between 4 to 8 people.
The entrance leads directly to the first floor and an open plan lounge, kitchen and beautiful bathroom. The interior wooden staircase leads to the upper level and a truly wonderful bedroom. The staircase also provides access to the ground floor, which has a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with hydro-massage and a comfortable lounge with two sofa beds. The ground floor leads to the garden with private swimming pool, pergola with sunbeds and wonderful views of the islet of Agios Nikolas.
