My husband and I went to Alykanas for two weeks at the end of August. I found the resort and the beach to be very pleasant, although other than eating and drinking, evening entertainment was contained to the big hotels. There was a large theft of safety deposit boxes and their contents from a hotel in Alykes during our stay making us more on guard that we usually are on holiday.
