 If you're looking for a beach holiday..dont come here! The 'beach' is odd tiny stretches of dirty black shingle/sand between each hotel. By tiny, we mean only about 4 towels can fit on at once!! If you're looking for a holiday with Greek culture and tradition, then this is definitely not the place for you.... Every restaurant (even the tavernas and Greek food restaurants) serve English food such as fried breakfasts and roast dinners etc !!!!! The Greek food you do sample is still a lot of the time catered for the English tourist. As you walk down the main road (this is all Argassi is), you feel like you're in a theme park...for example, Avalon bar/club is in the style of a great big plastic castle with Dolly Parton/Elvis style music blaring out...not forgetting Elvis himself, in the form of a life-size plastic statu | |
