I liked the resort although the pavements leave a lot to be desired. You had to be extremely careful to avoid the pot holes and pipes sticking out and sometimes the pavement disappeared altogether. Fortunately, I am not really a beach person which was just as well as the beach is virtually non-existent. The restaurants and tavernas are in abundance and all (at least all the ones we tried) were excellent. The staff in all of them were extremely friendly and polite. The Red Lion was about the best place for a lively evening (though a bit on the loud side). I think the resort would benefit from a few more singing pubs along with a few commedy acts. There are loads of shops and supermarkets all within easy reach though most of them sell the sames items. The toy train into Zante was fine though a bit limited with only 3 per day | |
