Olympia after fires

Visiting Zante this week and were hoping to visit Olympia - does anyone know whether this is still possible after terrible fires in Greece recently, or are tourists understandably felt to be nuisance at moment? Also any info on good places to visit and nightlife in Laganas for 2 lively 50 odd year olds. Lively as in not over the hill but being reluctantly dragged up it - enjoy walking, exploring, drinking, live music (not thump thump stuff tho) - all ideas welcome. Going tomorrow so hope not too late for help. Many thanks - can't wait to get there.
