The Best Holiday in a Long Time

We have had many holidays in the Greek Islands, but this last one in Alikanas in Zakynthos has been one of the best. We stayed at the Plessas Palace Hotel and had a very comfortable stay. The family were very obliging and helpful. The hotel is clean. The best restaurant we found was Alkyonis on the main street. The waiters were very good and the food was excellent. We also tried the Greedy Greek and Mantelana. For the occasional breakfast we went to the Millenium Pool Bar which is run by an English family. The beach was very clean and the water shallow and clear.
