The resort was quite nice. The beach and sea was very clean. There were lots of restaurants but not many bar type places so we ran out of places to go by the second week. Outside the resort the countryside was filthy, with litter strewn everywhere in the sides of the roads. Even the harbours were filthy - hardly any rubbish bins anywhere so people just threw their litter on the floor. I was really disappointed in Zante and was glad to get back to England which looked spotlessly clean in comparison!
