This is a quiet resort for the less lively people, Imyself am 24 but was on holiday with my 2 small children and had a fantastic holiday. Alykanas is a lovely clean resort and the village hotel is in a great location, as the beech is on the doorstep and a 10minute walk leads you to Alykes, just outside the gates of the hotel every evening you will find a horse and cart ride to many of the local bars and restaurants. These are a free service and do return you home after your meal if you wish, and is fun for couples and families. Each bar has its own character, but there are plenty of shops, supermarkets,bars and restaurants to choose from within the resort, our favorite's included the Greedy Grek, Dionisis and the Caretta,and especially the Lemon Tree. They all deliver great food with a smile.
