Tsilivi is pretty basic as a resort, particularly considering Zante is growing in popularity. The greek Tavernas are lovely with amazing food and plenty of friendly waiters trying to lure you in!
The resort does have very bad roads and pavements, very slippy and uneven. Not the easiest for manuovering a buggy/wheelchair around, let alone a pair of high heels! This is again very typically greek but do be very careful.
The entertainment is again, very basic. Do not go if you are expecting endless nights of clubbing and boozin as it won't deliver. There are a couple of family orientated bars but these offer no more than a bit of cheezy late nineties chart hits and some scary karaoke. The most sociable part of Tsilivi is the dining. The meals really are great.
We can't fault the beach (apart | |
