Tsilivi is very family orientated

Tsilivi is very family orientated. Full of local restaurants, family style bars and a McDonalds. None of the restauraunt staff are that pushy to get you in and will quite happily just bid you good evening. The beach nearest the Planos Bay (3 minutes walk) is not the best on the island but still easy enough to lie and swim from. Main resort beach is good. We had a car for some of the time and there are plenty of small beautiful beaches all over the east and south coast. The Greeks are very friendly and will always spend time to talk to you. Did not see or hear of any trouble anywhere in the resort, and I don't remember seeing anyone staggering their way home.
