We are not ones for loud bars, but we were spoilt for choice with the large array of restaurants. The Old Village Tavern right next to the Admirals was very good, as was Stamnes. the town centre of Tsilivi was about a 15 to 20 minute walk and all types of menu were catered for. As it was the end of the season we got a round the island tour by boat for only 15 euros each - excellent value. We also hired a car for three days and did some exploring. We found some delightful small restaurants further north of Tsilivi. We also spent some time at Nana's Horses, with well cared for steeds. Hats and boots were provided for riders. They also allowed for our differing riding experience, with me on Dobbin and my wife on a magnificent part-bred Andalucian. This was our first visit to a Greek island and we thoroughly e | |
