 been to kalamaki quite a few times now ,and really enjoy the island.We have made lots of friends over the years ,english and greek, who we keep in contact with through the year .The restaurant we REALLY think is the best is Michaelos (try the beef stifado..).if you prefer to eat a mixed grill,you must try The Lighthouse ,on the way to crystal beach hotel ,you will not be disappointed !!! .Cave bar is a must ,remember to take your camera !! also Drunk Corner (athena will look after you )and call in at the Venus hotel for a drink and have a look around,and say hi! to Donna and Spiro at the bar .If you do hire a car,try out Banana beach on the way to st.nicholas beach .carefull not to miss the turn-off for it . Also visit Keri, a nice little harbour .....Happy Holls !!. | |
